DAY01- DEHRADUN TO SANKRI (210 KM DRIVE , DURATION – 9-10 HOUR, ALTTITUDE 6400 FT)

Pickup from your journey’s starting point, drive to Sankri Village, embracing breathtaking views of rivers and picturesque Himalayan villages along the way. Upon arrival, meet our representative, who will warmly welcome and introduce you to fellow trekkers. Nestled in the Himalayas, Sankri is a charming base village for the Kedarkantha trek. Settle into your accommodation, explore the village’s serene surroundings, and unwind with evening snacks accompanied by steaming hot tea. Post-dinner, relax overnight at the  guesthouse.

DAY02- SANKRI- JAINOLA  CAMPSITE (TREK-3 KM , DURATION – 8700FT)

After an early morning breakfast, participate in a brief orientation session led by the trek leader, covering essential details about the trekking trails. Following this, embark on the trek to Jainola Campsite. The scenic 4-5 hour journey weaves through lush forests, crossing streams and bridges, ultimately leading to the campsite. Upon arrival, indulge in a hot lunch. Later, unwind with evening snacks amidst the serene surroundings. As dusk falls, savor dinner, and spend the night at the campsite.

DAY03- JUDA KA TALAB (KKT BASE CAMP 3.5 KM, DURATION5 HOUR, ALTITUDE – 11200FT)

Today’s trek takes you to two breathtaking destinations: Juda Ka Talab and Kedarkantha Base Camp. Winding through lush oak and pine forests, the trail leads you to the serene frozen lake of Juda Ka Talab, where a short break awaits. Refreshed, you’ll continue ascending to reach the picturesque Kedarkantha Base Camp.

DAY04- KEDARANTHA BASE CAMP TO SUMMIT ( TREK- 9-10 KM , DURATION – 8 TO 9 HOUR, ALTITUDE 12500 FT)

Today marks the most visually mesmerizing day of the Kedarkantha trek. Following an early morning breakfast, prepare to ascend to the Kedarkantha summit, navigating snow-covered slopes and narrow ridges, where trekking poles and crampons are essential for a safe climb. Upon reaching the summit, behold breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas. After soaking in the splendor, begin the descent to Kedarkantha Base Camp and subsequently to Jainola Campsite. Post-dinner, retire to your tents for a well-deserved rest.

DAY05- JAINOLA TO SANKRI (3 KM TREK, DURATION – 3 HOUR )

Today marks the final day of the Kedarkantha trek. Following breakfast, begin the descent back to Sankri, the quaint village where our journey commenced. Upon arrival, unwind and relish the evening with steaming hot snacks and tea. Post-dinner, relax overnight at the cozy guest house, reflecting on the trek’s memorable experiences.

DAY06- SANKRI TO DEHRADUN  ( 210 KM DRIVE 9-10 KM )

Early morning departure for Dehradun. Expecting arrival in Dehradun is between 5-6 pm . after arrival tour onwards…

 

INCLUSION 

Accommodation in tents on triple sharing basis. 

Dehradun to Dehradun transport.

Simple Himalayan meals during trek and stay in sankri village.. 

All the trekking equipment like tents, sleeping bag, kithchen and dinning tent.

Utensils , mattress , toilet tent, crampon in heavy snow if needed.

First aid and oxygen cylinder. 

All the permits .

Tekking guides, cook and supporting staff.

EXCLUSION 

Meals during travel from Dehradun to Dehradun. 

Anything which is not mentioned in itinearary. 

Any personal expenses.

Gst on trek packages. 

Any emergency evacuation charges. 

Mules or porters to carry personal luggage. 

Any meals or accommodation not mentioned in the itinerary.
